Three points stand out for finance teams. First, headline profit grew 4.7% while profit excluding treasury gains grew about 12.6%, so the fall in treasury income explains much of the gap. Second, deposits grew faster than advances, at 18.8% against 16.3%. Third, gross NPAs improved on both the quarter and the year, from 1.17% and 1.24% to 1.11%.
