This site is operated by Spectate Group LLP, with offices in Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Bangalore (India) and London (United Kingdom), through its two arms: C-Suite Spectate, our advisory practice, and Spectate Media, our editorial arm. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Use of the site
You may read, share links to and print our content for personal or internal business use. You may not copy it at scale, scrape or harvest it, republish it, reverse engineer the site, interfere with its operation, or present our work as your own.
Intellectual property
The Spectate name, marks, logos, layouts, articles, briefs, recordings and other content belong to Spectate Group LLP or its contributors and are protected by law. Nothing here transfers any licence beyond the use described above. If you want to quote or reuse our content, ask us first and credit us.
Engagements are separate
Advisory work begins only under a signed engagement letter that sets out scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities. Booking a call, submitting a form or exchanging messages does not create an engagement, an advisor-client relationship or a duty of care.
Information you send us
Please do not send confidential or privileged material through the site forms until we have agreed how to exchange it. Anything you submit must be accurate and yours to share. How we handle it is described in our Privacy and Data protection pages.
Media content
Spectate Media publishes commentary and analysis. It is editorial content, not advice, and is covered in our Disclaimer. Comments about listed companies reflect the author's reading of public information at the time of writing.
