What boards and CFOs should note
Three points stand out for finance teams. First, group revenue grew 9.1% on the year, yet IT services revenue grew only 0.3%, so the two figures describe different parts of the business. Second, bookings fell sharply on the quarter, with large deals down 58.6%, which the guidance range of minus 1.5% to plus 0.5% does not offset. Third, cash conversion was strong, with operating cash flow at 165.8% of net income.
