Tata Technologies reported standalone net profit of ₹145.76 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, up 9.59% from ₹133 crore a year earlier, according to Univest. The company announced the results on 14 October 2026. Revenue was ₹912.16 crore, up 14.59% from ₹796 crore.

The headline numbers

Operating profit was ₹181.2 crore, up 13.25% from ₹160 crore a year earlier. Net profit grew more slowly than revenue and operating profit, at 9.59% against 14.59% and 13.25%. The report gives no margin percentage, no quarter-on-quarter comparison and no dividend figure.

Other figures in the report

The report says working capital days fell from 34.1 to 24.2. It also gives a three-year return on equity of 50.4% and a five-year profit compound annual growth rate of 42.1%.

A caution on the source

The Univest page carries its own disclaimer that its data may not be accurate, and it advises checking NSE or BSE filings. The figures here are as that page reports them, and the report does not say whether consolidated results differ.

Key numbers

  • Net profit: ₹145.76 cr (+9.59% YoY)
  • Revenue: ₹912.16 cr (+14.59% YoY)
  • Operating profit: ₹181.2 cr (+13.25% YoY)
  • Working capital days: 24.2 (From 34.1)

What boards and CFOs should note

Three points stand out for finance teams. First, revenue growth of 14.59% outpaced profit growth of 9.59%, so profit did not keep pace with sales. Second, working capital days fell by about ten days, from 34.1 to 24.2, on the report's figures. Third, because the source is a secondary page with a data-accuracy disclaimer, the exchange filing is the document to confirm against.
