Two mainboard IPOs open for subscription in the week starting 18 October 2026, and between them they are expected to raise ₹31,663 crore, according to Upstox. The larger is Jio Platforms, with an issue size of ₹30,213 crore. The other is Paras Healthcare, which is raising ₹1,450 crore. Nine companies are also due to list during the week.
Jio Platforms
The Jio Platforms issue opens on 21 October 2026 and closes on 23 October. The price band is ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per share. The whole issue is a fresh issue of 27 crore shares, and the report mentions no offer for sale.
Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 12 shares and in multiples of 12 after that. Up to ₹500 crore is reserved for eligible Jio Platforms employees and up to ₹2,500 crore for eligible Reliance Industries shareholders. The company plans to use the proceeds to repay certain borrowings of Reliance Jio Infocomm, a material subsidiary, and for general corporate purposes. The report does not state a listing date for the shares, which are to be listed on the NSE and BSE.
Paras Healthcare
The Paras Healthcare issue runs over the same three days, from 21 to 23 October 2026, at a price band of ₹660 to ₹693 per share. It combines a fresh issue of 71.15 lakh shares worth ₹500 crore with an offer for sale of 1.37 crore shares worth ₹950 crore by promoters Dr Dharminder Kumar Nagar and Commelina. The lot size is 21 shares.
The company operates eight hospitals under the Paras Health brand across five states and one Union Territory. It plans to use the fresh proceeds to repay debt of the company and of its wholly owned subsidiary PMHPL, and for general corporate purposes. The report gives no listing date for this issue either.

The report lists these listings for the week:
- 21 October: HD Fire Protect and Vaibhav Vyapaar
- 22 October: Fusion CX and Ravita Engineering Services
- 23 October: Sahajanand Medical Technologies, Tonbo Imaging, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, Zetwerk and Shellz India

What boards and CFOs should note
Three points stand out for finance teams. First, ₹31,663 crore of new issues are scheduled to open over the same three days, and Jio Platforms accounts for about 95% of that total, going by the issue sizes in the report. Second, the two issues use their proceeds differently: Jio Platforms is raising fresh capital only, while Paras Healthcare pairs a ₹500 crore fresh issue with a ₹950 crore sale by existing shareholders. Third, the report states no listing date for either issue.
