Business process outsourcing firm Fusion CX has announced plans to approach the primary market to raise capital. The company intends to secure five hundred crore rupees through a fresh equity issuance alongside two hundred two crore rupees via an offer for sale. Following the share sale, the ownership stake held by the promoters is expected to decline to approximately eighty percent from ninety-six percent on a fully diluted basis.

Proceeds generated from the fresh share issuance will be utilised to clear outstanding debt obligations and finance future corporate acquisitions. Management also aims to eliminate all company debt entirely following the conclusion of the public offering. Established in two thousand four, the enterprise delivers multichannel customer support services covering voice, email, chat, social media, and messaging operations.

The organisation has witnessed notable financial expansion during the preceding three-year period. Total revenue nearly doubled to one thousand eight hundred eighteen crore rupees, while net profit multiplied nearly fivefold to one hundred sixty-nine point eight crore rupees. The operating margin before depreciation and amortisation improved to eighteen point one percent, rising from ten point six percent previously recorded.

Return on equity experienced a significant increase, moving from thirteen point four percent to thirty point three percent. For the financial year twenty twenty-six, the company commands a trailing price-earnings multiple of twenty-five based on post-issue equity. When evaluated against annualised earnings recorded in the quarter ending June twenty twenty-six amounting to fifty-five point seven crore rupees, the price-earnings multiple adjusts to nineteen.

Global markets generate the vast majority of income, with overseas regions contributing more than ninety percent of total turnover. The United States serves as the primary geographical territory, accounting for over seventy-seven percent of revenue, while India contributes roughly ten percent, and Australia and Europe each provide approximately seven to eight percent. Such geographic concentration exposes operations to shifts in currency values and broader geopolitical conditions.

Operations are supported by a growing workforce and international footprint spanning multiple territories. Employee headcount expanded from eight thousand five hundred thirty-nine at the close of March twenty twenty-four to thirteen thousand seven hundred thirty-five by June twenty twenty-six. Across thirteen countries, the network comprised forty delivery centres and two sales offices as of June twenty twenty-six.

Strategic expansion efforts recently included the acquisition of VA Platinum offshoring to strengthen operations within the Australian market. Furthermore, the firm has entered the artificial intelligence data infrastructure sector to capture emerging industry demand. The top ten customers accounted for half of total revenue during financial year twenty twenty-six, though management reports an absence of client-led pricing or deliverable pressures.
